This is a business-focused book club designed for female entrepreneurs who want to grow strategically. Each month, we select a business or personal development book and host guided discussions focused on implementation. Not just inspiration. This isn't a casual fiction club. It's about applying what we read to our businesses in real time.
This is for female entrepreneurs, founders, and service providers who:

No, it's not required. If you'd like additional resources, check out our other pinned facebook post for options and alternatives.
Come anyway! You'll still gain insights from the discussion, and we focus on key takeaways and real-world application. Progress over perfection.
We meet once per month, online, for a structured discussion led by the co-leaders. Dates and book selections will be shared in advance so you can plan ahead.
The book club is facilitated by Marcie Henry and Gina Walker. We handle the planning, discussion prompts, and structure so members can simply show up and participate.
Currently there is no fee for joining The CEO Reading Room.
We focus on implementation, accountability, and business growth. Expect guided questions, practical application ideas, and meaningful discussion. Not just surface-level chat.
